NUTRITION THERAPY

Nutrition therapy – when the body’s balance is restored

The goal of nutrition therapy is to restore the body’s functioning to a more natural and sustainable state of balance. It’s not only about dietary changes, but a complex process that responds to the body’s signals, lifestyle, and individual needs.
In my work, I look for the underlying causes behind the symptoms. To do this, I rely not only on in-depth conversations and medical history but also, when necessary, on lab results, microbiome analysis, or other medical tests. If appropriate, I also recommend these examinations — to gain a clearer picture and provide truly personalized solutions.

How does the process work?

The therapy begins with an individual consultationwhere I thoroughly assess your health status, eating habits, lifestyle, and all factors that may influence your body’s functioning. My goal is not quick change, but to initiate a process that is sustainable and realistic in the long term.

If you have recent lab results, I will review them, but if necessary, I can recommend additional tests (e.g. insulin tolerance test, hormone panel, microbiome test) to help refine the diagnosis. Based on the gathered information, I create personalized dietary and lifestyle recommendations, which I adjust as needed during follow-up consultations.

Who is nutrition therapy recommended for?

Nutrition therapy can be an effective complement in the treatment of various chronic or functional conditions and can also support overall regeneration and vitality. It may be particularly beneficial in cases such as:

Digestive disorders

In cases of bloating, constipation, or IBS, the goal is to support the digestive system.

Hormonal balance

Nutritional support for PCOS and hypothyroidism.

Blood sugar stabilization

In cases of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.

Skin and inflammation

Addressing the underlying causes of acne, eczema, and inflammatory processes.

Autoimmune support

Nutritional support for autoimmune conditions.

Chronic fatigue

In cases of long-term fatigue, sleep disturbances, or mental exhaustion.

Microbiome balance

Restoring gut flora through a targeted dietary approach.

Prevention and health maintenance

For the long-term maintenance of physical and mental balance.

What I don’t offer

Nutrition therapy does not replace medical treatment.I do not offer crash diets, detox programs, or fad diets that promise rapid weight loss. I do not make diagnoses or prescribe medication. My goal is to support you with a professional foundation, genuine care, and clear steps — so you can reconnect with your body’s natural signals.
