I believe there is no such thing as a hopeless case — only connections that haven’t been discovered yet.

I began my career as a physiotherapist, but I soon realized that the body functions in a much more complex way. Today, I work with a comprehensive approach that integrates movement therapy, manual therapy, visceral techniques, and nutritional background. My goal in every case is to look beyond the symptoms, identify the root causes, and, through collaboration, create a truly effective, personalized plan.

My whys

What always motivates me in my work is the desire to show that even problems that seem complex or unsolvable can be mapped out—if we dig deep enough. Whether the symptoms are related to the musculoskeletal system, the nervous system, digestion, or hormonal regulation, my first question is always: how are these connected?

I began my career as a physiotherapist, but I quickly realized that “just exercising” is often not enough on its own. That’s what led me to manual therapy, which allowed me to target and treat anatomical imbalances — such as muscular, tendon, connective tissue, or joint dysfunctions — more effectively. In my experience, as long as these structures are not properly restored, movement therapy cannot achieve its intended effect.

As I worked with more and more patients, it became increasingly clear to me that classical manual therapy alone wasn’t always enough. Something was missing — a deeper level of understanding. That’s when I discovered visceral therapy, the manual treatment of the internal organs. This approach opened up an entirely new dimension: it brought breakthroughs for many of my patients struggling with gastrointestinal symptoms (such as bloating, reflux, constipation, IBS, or Crohn’s disease) — and for myself as well.

My personal journey began with a medically unexplained food intolerance, which led me to dive deeper into the connections between nutrition and the microbiome. I completed a course on interpreting microbiome test results, followed by lab test analysis trainings, where I learned that inflammation, neurological symptoms, hormonal imbalances, and gynecological issues often share the same root causes.
Today, I apply all this knowledge through an integrated approach. For me, the most inspiring moment is when seemingly unrelated symptoms come together to reveal a system — and we can create a personalized treatment, movement therapy, and nutrition plan for the patient. Because my goal isn’t just improvement, but to help the body function again — the way it was originally designed to.
