MOVEMENT THERAPY
The first step is the assessment.
Movement therapy with manual treatment is a complex approach that helps restore the body’s natural balance, reduces pain, improves range of motion, and supports regeneration. But in order to provide truly targeted support, the first step is always a thorough assessment.
This is not just a quick glance or a few questions: during the assessment, we thoroughly examine the affected areas, movement patterns, muscle activation, and, if available, interpret any existing diagnosis. All of this allows us to create a truly personalized treatment plan — one that not only addresses the symptoms but also uncovers their underlying causes.

Applied techniques
Manual therapy
Manual therapy is a hands-on technique that helps identify and treat the root causes of musculoskeletal complaints. During the treatment, we use mobilization, and soft tissue techniques to support the regeneration of joints and tissues. The goal is to reduce pain, increase range of motion, and restore muscle balance. According to feedback from our patients, significant improvement can often be felt after just a few sessions.
Physiotherapy
Healing through movement — that’s the essence of physiotherapy. Targeted, personalized exercise routines not only relieve pain but also help restore the joy of movement and return to an active daily life. The exercises are built up gradually, tailored to the current condition, and support the body’s natural regeneration. Whether you need support after an accident or surgery, or are dealing with chronic complaints, physiotherapy is a powerful tool on the path toward long-term improvement.
Visceral therapy
Visceral therapy focuses on restoring the natural mobility of the internal organs. When an organ cannot move freely, it can cause not only local issues but also musculoskeletal problems. During the treatment, gentle manual techniques are used to help reestablish harmony between the organs and the surrounding tissues. It can be an effective method for back pain, abdominal discomfort, sleep disturbances, or hormonal imbalances.
CMD therapy
CMD therapy focuses on examining and treating the function of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and the surrounding muscles. In cases of headaches, tinnitus, jaw locking, or pain while chewing, this joint is often the underlying cause. Treatment involves manual techniques to release tension and the creation of a personalized exercise plan to restore stability. Since the jaw can affect other areas of the body, we often work with a holistic approach.
Home exercises
The effectiveness of treatment increases significantly when the patient actively participates in the healing process at home. We provide personalized, easy-to-perform exercises that support the therapeutic process. These tasks help strengthen the treated areas, maintain the results achieved, and reduce the risk of relapse. For the best outcomes, consistent home practice is essential.
FRMT
Early intervention is crucial in the treatment of unilateral facial paralysis. The therapy involves manual techniques that support the regeneration of facial muscles and stimulate nerve function. We teach specialized exercises to help restore facial innervation and symmetry. When necessary, the treatment is complemented with additional methods — such as cervical mobilization or visceral therapy — to address the underlying causes.
S.O.S. APPOINTMENT
Immediate support when it truly matters.
There are situations when pain can’t wait. The S.O.S. Appointment offers the possibility of receiving care even outside regular hours in urgent cases — whether it's a sports injury, acute musculoskeletal pain, or sudden onset of symptoms.
Why is quick intervention important?
With a fresh injury, immediate treatment can prevent your body from developing compensatory mechanisms that may hinder long-term recovery. Quick care not only reduces pain but can also shorten the rehabilitation process and help prevent further complications.
How does the S.O.S. treatment work?
- Immediate care: therapy begins as soon as possible.
- Intensive therapy: with 2–3 sessions per week, we accelerate regeneration.
- Comprehensive approach: a combination of manual therapy and targeted movement therapy.
When is it recommended?
- Strain or sprain
- Partial ligament injury
- Acute musculoskeletal complaints
